Garbha Samskara Course for healthy living of Mother and Child

The Energy Exchange Package is a holistic Garbha Samskara education program designed to support the healthy living and emotional well-being of both mother and child through every stage of parenthood. This program focuses on conscious parenting, emotional healing, family support, and guided care during the peri-natal, pre-natal, and post-natal stages.

Package Includes

• Peri-Natal Care: Healing and self-work guidance for both the future mother and father before conception to create emotional, mental, and spiritual readiness for parenthood.
• Pre-Natal Care: Guidance and support throughout the pregnancy journey, including emotional care for the mother and understanding the father’s role during pregnancy stages.
• Post-Natal Care: Support and care guidance for the mother after delivery up to two years postpartum, focusing on recovery, emotional balance, and reducing the risks of post-partum depression or emotional distress.
• Family Counseling Session: One dedicated counseling session involving the mother’s parents, father’s parents, and siblings to create a supportive and harmonious family environment.

Workshop & Guidance Details

The complete package includes a 15-day workshop program where training, guidance, and emotional wellness support will be provided. Participants will receive practical knowledge, mindful parenting guidance, and holistic support throughout the journey.

Later on there will be monthly paid sessions if needed.

One's in six months free session will be there for follow up till two years are completed post delivery.
