Sukoon- BE AT PEACE - Part 2

When a child is born, it is in its purest form. It lives its life without social conditioning, completely fearless and uninhibited. Until the age of 5 or 6, they are blissfully unaware of societal expectations and pressures.

You've probably noticed that infants live a life full of joy and happiness. They often have a beautiful smile on their face, even during deep sleep. It's believed that when they smile in their sleep, they are communicating with the divine and experiencing pure bliss.

Witnessing this pure joy is a beautiful experience for elders. However, as they grow older, they often forget their true selves and become burdened by social conditioning. This conditioning has never served anyone well, and it never will.

Have you ever seen an elderly person living a life of such joy and happiness? If you do, they are likely to be judged or criticized by others, who will try to make them feel embarrassed for not conforming to societal norms.

A child's heart is pure, divine, and free from negativity. In contrast, an adult's heart is often filled with hatred, jealousy, and competitiveness. This is why many elderly people suffer from various illnesses.

"A pure heart is a healthy heart." Only by returning to our purest form can we live a disease-free life.
