Rediscovering the Self: Empowering Women to Heal and Transform Their Lives
29 Oct 2024In the journey of life, many women forget who they truly are. From birth, they are expected to live for others—their parents, siblings, spouse, children, relatives, friends, colleagues, and so on. Society’s expectations often pressure women to shape their lives around others’ needs, causing them to lose touch with their own essence.
A woman’s true qualities hold immense power; as Janani, the creator, she has the potential to shape a better world. When her true essence is suppressed, we see children grow up with low confidence, self-esteem, and courage. Many become dependent on others to make decisions for them, lacking the strength to pursue personal growth. This cycle is reinforced when elders insist that, having given birth, they have the right to make decisions for their children, even if these choices don’t serve the child’s best interests. Such conditioning can lead children to feel helpless and lost, sometimes resulting in depression.
Rediscovering oneself is essential in all of this. If you know someone struggling with depression and finding it difficult to overcome, we offer guidance and solutions. Depression cannot be truly treated by medicine alone, as it often stems from losing one’s sense of self. Those affected need support to rediscover themselves, uncover emotional wounds, and heal past pain.
Help your loved ones find their way out of depression, as it requires deep care and compassion. We are here to assist anyone willing to transform their life and embark on a healing journey.
